2017 Winners have been named

After more than 16,700 votes were cast for six awards in the 3rd year Greatmats annual National Award Series. Greatmats has named the winners of the 2017 awards.

Wisconsin-based specialty flooring leader Greatmats is awarding a series of national awards for athletic instructors as well as animal trainers who have made a positive impact on their respective communities. The national awards are designed to honor those instructors, trainers and coaches in the USA that have made a positive difference in the lives of their students and community by utilizing service, integrity and quality.

National Personal Trainer of the Year (New Category in 2017)

The Greatmats National Award Series was founded in 2015 and is the first of its kind to recognize such a diverse group of individuals for both their positive professional and community influence. This is the 3rd annual national awards competition to honor Dance Instructors, Dog Trainers and Horse Trainers. In 2016, Greatmats expanded its National Award Series to include Martial Arts Instructors, Cheer Coaches and Gymnastics Coaches. And in 2017, it added Personal Trainers.

The 2017 Grand Prizes include the following for each winner
- $250 in Greatmats Products (or $150 Cash Option) for the winner's related business
- Winner profile story
- Greatmats national award certificate
