To significantly reduce the amount of vibration and noise that is transferred from the fitness equipment to the floor, the interlocking ShokLok noise reduction workout mats utilize a special 3/4 inch thick waffle bottom design. This is a great anti vibration flooring solution for any facility, and can be used as an anti vibration mat and noise reduction mat on existing floors . ShokLok combines our strong and durable 3/4 inch tile with a special molding process to create incredible noise reduction and reduce vibrations. These interlocking rubber center tiles 4x6 ft tiles do not require adhesive for installation. The interlocking tiles are water jet cut and will provide a very tight fitting installation and can be trimmed to fit. This tile features a diamond pattern top surface texture and a waffle bottom. Rubber flooring tile is very easy to clean and will not absorb moisture. These 3/4 inch thick tiles will provide noise reduction and reduce vibrations. These interlocking tiles have a thickness tolerance of +/- .045 inch.

Specifically designed plastic shims that fit the interlocking design of this tile are provided with these rubber tiles in order to provide a solution if any of the tiles have different thicknesses. Shim Guide
