Easy-to-Install Custom Rubber Floor
As a commercial gym owner, when you need a particular size of rubber floor to match your facility, our rubber gym flooring is available in custom cut sizes. This allows you to install your roll without having a significant waste of product.
To install this gym rubber flooring, simply lay the rolls directly over the subfloor, as long as it is firm and smooth. Lay the rolls side by side without having any noticeable gaps because of the precise manufacturing measurement tolerances in play.
For small installations of this gym flooring of less than 400 square feet, such as in a home gym or garage gym, you can dry lay the rolls. Otherwise, use a tape-down or glue-down installation. Because these rolls have a low odor formulation, there’s no concern with using them indoors.
Weight Room Rubber Floor
Our 3/8-inch weight room flooring is made to handle all kinds of exercise equipment. It’s thick enough to protect the subfloor from most dropped weights. It also can deliver traction for workout equipment, so stationary bikes and treadmills won’t slide around during use.
Our commercial gym flooring cuts down on noise being generated in various types of workouts. It’s beneficial to install such a heavy duty flooring that also can prevent stray noise in a busy fitness center, where you don’t want an overly loud environment.
It can be especially beneficial as a weight room floor in a garage gym or basement gym where you want to protect the concrete subfloor from potential damage.
This is a tough and resilient floor that’s durable and delivers a good value over time. (It is a reground second-run product, and we price it accordingly. Skiving markings may be more noticeable with this product than with others.)
Multiple Color Flecks in Rubber Floor
If you need a more interesting design in your rubber flooring for gym spaces, the color flecks against the black background in our roll of rubber can make a noticeable difference.
The color flecks appear in a 10% concentration in these rolls. We have more than a dozen different colors available. The color fleck distribution is spread evenly throughout the 85% post-consumer recycled rubber, yielding a pleasing design.

Please Note: Cut lengths for rolled rubber products are provided as a courtesy at no additional cost to customers. In some cases, the manufacturer may provide a cut length within two pieces of material. In all cases, the manufacturer is required to supply the overall amount of material per order.
Rolls can only be ordered in 5 foot increments from this vendor with a 25-foot minimum length per roll.
Any black recycled rubber material can have minor variations in the intensity of the black color. The rubber flooring can have a shading look when the product changes direction when placed on the floor. This occurs due to the way light is reflected and how the human eye sees the color. Installing the product in the same direction can diminish the appearance of color differences.
The warranty excludes premature wear caused by ice skates in heavy-use areas such as penalty boxes, walkways to and from the ice, etc. We recommend using blade protectors when walking on this flooring with ice skates.
Maintenance
Always use neutral pH cleaner on rubber flooring. Damp mop with hot water.

Q: How do these work for dogs that have an accident? Is it easy to clean up, or will the rubber absorb everything? What do you do about the seams in this situation?
A: Accidents should be cleaned up as quickly as possible. While the rubber will not absorb liquids, it can allow some to permeate into the material if soaked for long periods of time.
It is also possible to seal rubber floors to prevent this possibility.
Cleaning is as simple as using a damp mop with mild household floor cleaners. For large commercial installations, you may want to look into commercial floor scrubbing machines that are designed for rubber floors.
The seams can be caulked with a clear silicon caulk.
Q: Is there any approximation of the percent of color in the confetti rubber roll floor matting? You offer 10% color for a significant price increase over confetti. I am just trying to make a decision. The more color, the better for me.
A: Color fleck percentages in the confetti/regrind products can vary significantly due to the use of second-run material. In most cases, it falls around 10%, but we cannot guarantee that.

It has just a better feel - stays in place better bringing equipment in and out. We were able to install this flooring ourselves, so it cut out the cost of having to have a professional installer come in and install it. It all went it pretty easy.
It’s a really good product. It’s holding up really well, and we really enjoy it.

Mat looks great and all but one seam is invisible. The mat is heavy and can be difficult to work with in a small space as mine, but got it done. Wore out a couple of utility knives cutting it. Pretty tuff stuff. It looks good and is what everyone needs if you're going to be on concrete. Us old guys break things when we fall, making it a necessity not a luxury.

Everything that I expected or wanted out of the flooring I've got.
We do a lot of body weight stuff, throwing weights around, jumping, rolling tires, doing battle ropes, so we needed good flooring that was not going to be slippery and something that could stick to the ground and be a nice solid platform.

It worked as expected. There was a lot more received than necessary. I called and supplied the dimensions, sent a diagram of the area to be covered and was dismayed to get a LOT more than I needed but the product is great.
