Greatmats Reversible Dance Full Roll Black/Gray 5.25x131 Ft. is a remarkably durable double-sided dance floor, engineered for exceptional performance. This is the lightest dimensionally-stable marley floor on the market due to the internal reinforced fiber layer and 1.2 mm thickness. This is an ideal flooring for ballet and other soft shoe dance types.
Meticulously engineered with an internal reinforced fiber layer, this floor boasts extraordinary dimensional stability, eradicating any potential ripples or bubbles that could result from temperature fluctuations.
Its non-reflective matte, slip-resistant surface ensures safety and stability. This is a reversible floor featuring black on one side and gray on the other. This allows you to change up the look of your dance studio or stage.
Easy To Install Dance Flooring
The dance flooring can be quickly and easily installed over a flat subsurface using tape on the seams for a temporary installation or semi-permanent installation. This can be installed for event and stage flooring for either portable or permanent installations.
You may need to custom-cut the roll for a perfect fit. If so, this can be done relatively easily for a DIY cut and installation process. You’ll only need a sharp utility knife with fresh blades, straight edge guide, tape measure, a pen or marker, and cardboard, cutting mat, or other safe surface on which to cut.
Once you have these items, you’re ready to begin this 4-step process for cutting it:
- Measure the length you’d like to cut, and mark that distance.

Place your cardboard or cutting mat under the portion of flooring you wish to cut to prevent damaging your existing floor. -
Align your straight edge with your pen or marker marks. -
Following your straight edge with your utility knife, make a series of shallow scores until you cut through the marley. If it doesn’t cut easily, change to a new blade.
