Options for RaceDeck Garage Floor Tiles

If you’re tired of cracked, stained concrete floors in your garage, we have the answer. RaceDeck garage floor tiles provide maximum toughness and excellent aesthetics when easily installed over the old concrete. RaceDeck tiles are made to last with a formula that resists staining in a tough garage environment.

Although they’re primarily used in garages, customers can install them in basements, workshops, commercial areas, trade show booths, and more. They’re ideal for handling heavy vehicles while giving people walking around them slip resistance. Whether your garage is an area for vehicle maintenance work, workouts, or something in between, RaceDeck garage tiles from Greatmats give this space an impressive upgrade for a reasonable price.

Types of RaceDeck Garage Tiles

Four different styles of RaceDeck garage floor tiles are available. All of the tiles measure 1/2 inch in thickness and 1-by-1 foot in coverage size. Each style consists of shock-resistant polypropylene plastic and is a made-in-the-USA product. They’re an affordable buy with a lower cost per square foot of coverage than some similar products or garage floor treatments.

RaceDeck Garage Floor Tiles Q&A

How do I clean RaceDeck garage floor tiles?

To clean RaceDeck garage flooring, sweep it regularly to limit the amount of dust and dirt building up on it. Mop the tiles occasionally for a deeper cleaning. Use warm water and a non-sudsing ammonia cleaning solution.

How do I install RaceDeck garage floor tiles?

When installing RaceDeck garage floor tiles, leave up to 1/2 inch of space between the edge of the layout and any walls to allow for expansion. Install the tiles by connecting the loops and tabs on the edges, similar to a snap-lock or snap-together modular system. Work across the length and width of the room, and use edge pieces around the perimeter for a clean layout.

What is the RaceDeck PowerLock® System?

The RaceDeck PowerLock® System is the interlocking system used on RaceDeck tiles. Each edge uses four PowerLock® connections with premium manufacturing tolerances to ensure a secure layout with a precise fit.

Will my RaceDeck garage floor stain if I spill oil or grease on it?

Because the materials used in the manufacturing of RaceDeck tiles involve the highest-quality copolymers without fillers, they will not stain if petroleum-based products spill on the tiles.

Will my RaceDeck floor trap moisture and cause mold?

RaceDeck flooring layouts have a tight fit between tiles, but the fit is not so tight that moisture still has a chance to evaporate. The underside of the tiles raises away from the floor slightly to allow for maximum airflow.
