Protect Athletes With Quality Wall Pads
The Safety Wall Pads are indoor wood-backed wall mats designed for direct wall attachment for permanent installations. They are made with 2-inch impact-rated high compression polyurethane foam covered with Class A PVC Vinyl. This combination of foam and wood is wrapped on the front and sides and securely stapled onto the back.
This is a great choice for school gymnasiums, recreation centers, indoor pickleball facilities, and martial arts studios to protect athletes and walls from impact. It's also popular in calm rooms, therapy rooms, or sensory rooms to create a safer environment for children and adults with special needs.
The Safety Wall Pads WBLipTB feature a 1-inch nailing margin on the top and bottom for permanent installation usually with screws.
Choose Wall Pads Designed for Safety
This wall padding features quality components to ensure optimal performance.
The backing consists of a 7/16-inch Georgia Pacific Blue Ribbon® oriented strand board. It’s third-party certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® procurement standard and free of added urea formaldehyde resins.
The foam layer is a two-inch polyurethane foam that meets ASTM 2440 protective standards.
The cover is an 18.5-ounce coated smooth matte vinyl, featuring BACshield coating.
The BACshield coating is anti-mildew, anti-fungus, antibacterial, antimicrobial, and UV treated.
The vinyl cover passes NFPA-701, CSFM-19, and ASTM E-84 Class A fire retardant compliant.
ASTM 2440 Impact Rating of 108 GMax and 211 HIC
This product has been tested in accordance with CDPH 01350 v1.2 VOC emissions evaluation requirements and qualifies for the LEEDv4.1 EQ credit: Low-emitting materials.
Enjoy a Permanent Installation
These wall pads include a 1-inch attachment lip along the top and bottom where the pad can be screwed into the wall. This is the ideal choice for most permanent wall mat installations. Screws are not included.

Q: Can you create pads for a single, standard household door that has the cutout for a door handle?

Q: I am building out the GolfZon Commercial indoor golf simulator business with 7 bays. I am looking to test solutions. Do these types of pads help with noise absorption/reduction or just protect walls?
Are they a gloss finish? Does that affect the crisp image of the screen due to glare?
A: Wall pads can help to reduce noise but are not specifically designed for this.
These wall pads feature a matte finish and not a glossy finish.

I was a bit skeptical at the beginning of the process since this was my first safe room project but I couldn't be happier with the outcome. To say they fit like a glove would be an understatement!!
