The Safety Wall Pads are indoor wood-backed wall mats designed for direct wall attachment for permanent installations. They are made with 2-inch impact-rated polyethylene foam covered with Class A PVC Vinyl. This combination of foam and wood is wrapped on the front and sides and securely stapled onto the back.

1. The backing consists of a 7/13-inch Georgia Pacific Blue Ribbon® oriented strand board. It’s third-party certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® procurement standard and free of added urea formaldehyde resins.


2. The foam layer is a two-inch polyethylene foam that meets ASTM 2440 protective standards. It contains at least 60% recycled pre-consumer raw material.


3. The cover is an 18.5-ounce coated smooth matte vinyl.
