Impact wall pads is an indoor stationary Safety Wall Pad 2x8 Ft x 2 Inch WBLipTB ASTM, intended for direct wall connection.
Components
- Backing - 7/16” Georgia Pacific Blue Ribbon® oriented strand board (OSB); Third-party certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® procurement standard, Exposure 1 bond durability. Contains no added urea formaldehyde resins.
Georgia-Pacific building products can contribute to LEED® certification points. - Foam Layer - 2” polyethylene foam meets standards for ASTM 2440. The test method quantifies impact in terms of g-max and Head Injury Criterion (HIC) scores.
The foam layer contains at least 60% and up to 100% recycled pre-consumer raw material which promotes close-loop recycling of post-industrial scrap.
The use of pre-consumer recycled material can contribute to LEED® certification points. - Covering - 18.5 oz. coated smooth matte vinyl.
BACshield: Anti-Mildew, Anti-Fungus, Antimicrobial, Antibacterial treated, UV treated.
Passes NFPA-701, CSFM-19, and ASTM E-84 Class A fire retardant compliant
Installation of WBLipTB Wall Pads
1” Nail Margin top and bottom along width edge attached directly to wall using appropriate hardware for wall type. Refer to ASTM standards for height above finished floor. 4” AFF to bottom of foam current.

Katie was a real professional and provided me all the help I needed (1) placing the order, (2) submitting drawings, and (3) explaining the installation process.
My order arrived almost 2 weeks earlier than originally estimated.
I was able to install entire wall of padding myself with a well thought out plan and a little patience.
We are very happy with the finished product and are currently in the process of placing another order to pad another wall.
