Our LonCoin II Flecks UV Commercial Vinyl Rolls features an embossed coin top surface. This is a durable and resilient flooring option for healthcare, educational, recreational, fitness, corporate, retail, and hospitality flooring needs.

When installed in one of these vehicles or as ambulance flooring, it frequently will go over the top of a metal surface. The floor adheres tightly to almost any subfloor material, including metal.

Versus using a mat for cushioning in an emergency vehicle floor, our ambulance flooring is far more durable and easier to clean. Foam mats may provide a little more cushioning, but they will not deliver the same ability to sanitize the flooring as our LonCoin material.

Versatile Facility Coin Texture Flooring

If a facility has a need for the benefits that this type of flooring provides, it will work for installation inside a building. This is a sharp looking flooring that’s ideal for facilities with customer facing areas.

Customers often deploy this flooring in buildings like hospitals, laboratories, and schools, where thorough cleaning must occur on a daily basis. Our flooring works nicely in busy foot traffic areas too, such as retail buildings, office settings, and governmental buildings like museums.

The coin texture pattern on the surface provides a high level of traction, which creates safe spaces for walking. Our flooring is available in three neutral color options. Each color will have complementary colored fleck patterns throughout the length and width of the roll for an eye-catching design feature.

The manufacturer applies a urethane coating over the surface of the floor at the factory, so customers do not need to add any coatings upon installation.

This is a highly durable type of flooring. Customers can count on this product as a commercial grade vinyl flooring that will stand up to the toughest conditions. For installations where regular sanitizing of the floor is a requirement, our vinyl will not show wear and tear from these frequent cleanings.

For a specialty vehicle installation, this flooring may never need replacing, as, with proper care and maintenance, it may last longer than the usable lifespan of the vehicle. Our flooring carries a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty.

Eco-Friendly Green Flooring Option

This sheet vinyl flooring features a few different technologies that will allow the material to perform successfully in extremely tough environments.

GreenMedic is a technology that delivers microbial resistance, keeping the floor safer when using it in a medical facility or in an emergency vehicle.

It also features GreenAir technology, which means the flooring has a formulation that reduces its release of VOCs (volatile organic compounds).

The design and materials in use with our specialty vehicle flooring may provide contributions to LEED points for buildings that need this benefit for low emitting materials and for sourcing of raw materials. It has a FloorScore certification for indoor air quality ratings.

The vinyl floor contains between 10% and 20% of pre-consumer, post-industrial recycled content.

Maintenance and Care

For routine maintenance on these rolls, start by using a microfiber dry mop on the flooring. If the floor has some larger particles on it, you can run a vacuum cleaner over the top.

Should the LonSeal flooring have any sticky substances on it, such as gum or adhesives, customers can try to remove them using a putty knife or a scraper. Avoid using a lot of force on these solids, as too much force with a sharp tool could scratch or damage the surface of the ambulance flooring.

For sanitizing the floor or for removing stubborn soils and stains, customers can use a diluted neutral pH cleaning solution. Then clean the ambulance flooring with a mop or a slow speed rotary floor machine. The customer can rinse the floor with clean water and a mop to remove any residue.

Because the floor is waterproof and resistant to bacterial growth, there is no need to jack up the floor to try to clean the underside of it. Liquid will not soak into the floor and reach the underside of the material.

After cleaning the sheet vinyl, allow it to air dry. Glazing of the welding thread is required.
