This 2 mm thick vinyl includes a 0.5 mm thick clear wear layer that protects the color layer, ensuring that the floor’s color design will maintain its accuracy over time. This wear layer extends the lifespan of this product versus a vinyl roll without a wear layer.

Our sheet vinyl flooring combines the warmth of a printed wood grain patterned vinyl layer with a wide range of color options. The colors almost appear like paint, but they allow the wood grain pattern to show through the color.

Rather than relying on traditional wood stain colors that you often see in a faux wood vinyl floor, this design introduces unusual colors that yield a unique look.

Maintenance and Care

One of the best aspects of our sheet vinyl flooring is the inclusion of the Topseal coating over the surface of the vinyl. This urethane finish protects the floor from staining, soiling, and scuffing, which reduces the need for frequent maintenance and cleaning.

By reducing the amount of time customers must spend on maintenance, a customer will be able to spend time on more important aspects of the business and less time on cleaning processes for the floor.

To clean the commercial level flooring, start by sweeping or using a dry mop over the top of it to remove dust and other dry debris. Customers can make use of a vacuum cleaner as well, if desired.

For additional cleaning requirements, customers can make use of a wet mop. Mix water and a neutral pH cleaner to create the cleaning solution. Customers also have the option of making use of a slow speed auto scrubber (at less than 300 RPM) to try to remove especially stubborn soils.

Do not attempt to remove the Topseal finish at any time, or the flooring could suffer permanent damage. Do not apply an acrylic finish or a urethane finish over the Topseal, as this could cause damage.
