LonFloor® by Lonseal® - A TOPSEAL Product

This metallic vinyl flooring provides essential care-giving attributes such as stain and slip-resistance, and it’s made in a facility committed to ecologically-minded manufacturing and distribution practices. This Lonseal product comes with TOPSEAL, a factory-applied urethane (or, “no wax”) finish that saves on all counts: time on maintenance, money on life-cycle costs and impact on the environment. TOPSEAL is applied in a 30-micron wear layer and extends the life of the flooring by protecting it from wear due to staining and soiling.

Safety is a concern in every public space. When properly maintained, Lonseal’s TOPSEAL has remarkable slip-resistance features that ensure stability for stationary and mobile equipment as well as for the range of patient and customer needs.

LonFloor® Eco-FriendlyVinyl Flooring

This particular LonSeal flooring meets FMVSS 302: CFR 49 §571.302 - Flammability of Interior Materials and ASTM F1303 classification - Type I, Grade 1, Class B, for commercial use. The flooring offers Indoor Environmental Quality Credit, which shows that the manufacturer met the General Emissions Evaluation and VOC content requirements. The flooring materials come from a facility that has certifications from the ISO, a rigorous external third-party verification process that ensures Lonseal’s compliance to its own internal standards and to ever-changing environmental laws and regulations.

The LonSeal LonFloor vinyl flooring is GreenAir® & GreenMedic®, meaning low VOC-emitting and made using a formulation to inhibit the growth of bacteria that may affect the flooring. This product boasts FloorScore® certification from the Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI) and Scientific Certification Systems which independently test and certify flooring products for compliance with indoor air quality emission requirements. It also meets the standards for the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS), a green building rating program especially designed for schools. It’s also made from pre-consumer, post-industrial recycled content and is phthalate free.

Due to the light color of #F7240 White Diamond, more frequent maintenance procedures are necessary to ensure a long-lasting installation. In addition, areas of prolonged UV exposure should be avoided to prevent unwanted discoloration of the flooring.
