LonMoire® by Lonseal®, pattern reduces appearance of scuffs

LonMoire® Lonseal flooring is a low maintenance product with a historic style, contemporary world feel, and a surface finish that reduces scuffs and markings.

LonMoire® is phthalate free and comes with Lonseal’s® special Topseal finish. Topseal is a factory-applied urethane finish that shields the floor, reducing scuffs and makes maintenance easy. LonMoire® flooring has 30-micron wear layers of Topseal that prolongs the life of the flooring.

LonMoire healthcare flooring comes in vinyl flooring rolls that are 6 feet wide and 60 feet long. The Lonseal Lonmoire rolls are 2.0 millimeters thick, and they feature a wear layer thickness of 0.5 millimeters. Each roll offers 360 square feet of coverage and weighs 250 pounds. It delivers the highest quality and performance level available to commercial flooring.

LonMoire® by Lonseal® - A Green, Eco-Friendly Product That’s Safe & Healthy

This LonMoire flooring solution is antimicrobial, floorscore certified, low VOC, phthalate free, SVHC free, ASTM F1303 classified, contributes to Leed V4/4.1, and Reach.

LonMoire healthcare flooring antimicrobial, which not only protects the health of your patients and customers, but it also works to combat the growth of bacteria, fungi, mold, and mildew. It also deters odors from in your flooring and helps to maintain the attractive look of the floor’s surface. Lonseal is also a GreenMedic® product. GreenMedic is a formulation that inhibits the growth of bacteria that may affect the flooring.

LonMoire healthcare flooring is FloorScore Certified and low VOC. FloorScore® is the most recognized indoor air quality (IAQ) certification standard for hard surface flooring materials, adhesives, and underlayments. FloorScore is a voluntary, independent certification program that tests and certifies hard surface flooring and associated products for compliance with criteria adopted in California for indoor air emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) with potential health effects.

This product is also phthalate and SVHC free. Phthalates have been shown to negatively impact our health if we are too often exposed to them. So, it’s highly beneficial for healthcare flooring to be phthalate free. Products that are SVHC free (substance of very high concern) have no trace of a Class 1 of 2 carcinogen, mutagen, or toxic for reproduction substance.

ASTM F1303 classification is issued under the jurisdiction of ASTM International Committee F06 on Resilient Floor Coverings. LEED helps buildings to focus on efficiency, planet, and profit. Today’s version of LEED, LEED v4.1, raises the bar on building standards to address energy efficiency, water conservation, site selection, material selection, day lighting, and waste reduction.

This healthcare flooring provides essential care-giving attributes such as stain and slip-resistance, and it’s made in a facility committed to ecologically-minded manufacturing and distribution practices. This particular product comes with TOPSEAL, a factory-applied urethane (or, “no wax”) finish that saves on all counts: time on maintenance, money on life-cycle costs and impact on the environment. TOPSEAL is applied in a 30-micron wear layer and extends the life of the flooring by protecting it from wear due to staining and soiling.
