LonSpeck TopSeal Commercial Vinyl Rolls 6x60 Ft is a speckled vinyl flooring that conceals dirt and scrapes, features sanitary seams that provide a germ-free area and is shielded from wear.
The Lonseal Commercial Flooring Vinyl Rolls are speckled flooring rolls with Topseal urethane applied in 30-micron layers, shielding the floor from wear due to discoloration, scraping, and soiling. The rolls feature a speckle-patterned look, which delivers a unique design effect.
LonSpeck® Topseal Commercial has a flecked surface comes in nine calming colors that make this flooring solution a very flexible choice in commercial areas like healthcare facilities, offices, educational settings, and showrooms. It can also be used as exhibition flooring, vinyl flooring for vehicles, and a sheet vinyl covering for multiple other applications. This speckled vinyl flooring roll comes with a factory-applied urethane finish that guards the surface and reduces scratching, making it regularly care and stress-free.

LonSpeck Flooring Installation
When installing the vinyl flooring, a glue-down installation is necessary. Seams need to be chemical or heat-welded. A flooring contractor should install this product.
