Luxurious Color Vinyl Flooring

Maintenance and Care

Vinyl flooring is popular for many use cases, in part because of how easy it is to clean and maintain. Customers don’t need to spend a lot of time on maintenance for this floor design, which is a significant benefit for a busy retail or commercial location.

Depending on the amount of foot traffic in the location of the pearl vinyl flooring installation, customers may need to perform basic cleaning on a daily basis. For locations that are less busy, basic cleaning can occur once or twice a week.

Use a vacuum cleaner on the floor to remove dry debris. Because of the beaded surface of this Lonseal sheet vinyl, a broom or dust mop may not remove all of the dust from the grooves. A broom or dust mop will work nicely for a quick cleaning, however.

If the floor ends up with sticky substances on it, you can scrape them with a putty knife. Use care with the amount of force applied, as the putty knife could scratch the surface of the vinyl.

For more thorough cleaning methods, customers may use a gentle auto scrubbing machine or a mop. Mix warm water with a neutral pH cleaner to create a safe cleaning solution for the floor. Allow it to air dry over time.
