LonPearl® exhibition flooring vinyl has a unique and elegant surface with a raised design that makes it the perfect choice for different high traffic areas.

The Lonseal LonPearl exhibition flooring vinyl comes in rolls that are 6 feet wide and 60 feet long. They have an overall thickness of 0.100 inches and a wear layer thickness of 0.032 inches. They have a weight of 0.9 pounds per square foot, or 320 pounds. Each roll provides 360 square feet of coverage.

LonPearl® by Lonseal® - Environmentally Intelligent Flooring

This exhibition flooring vinyl is a safe, clean, eco-friendly product. It is both phthalate free and SVHC free, low VOC, antimicrobial, and REACH. It’s a product that is GreenAir® and GreenMedic®.

LonPearl® by Lonseal® Appropriate Maintenance & Cleaning:

Initial Maintenance

1. Once installed and 48 hours have passed, clean the flooring using a microfiber dust mop. If necessary, vacuum the floor to first pick up any large particles.


2. Using a neutral pH cleaner, scrub the floor with a red buffing pad on a slow speed rotary floor machine or auto-scrubber and vacuum up any remaining cleaning solution.

Routine/Daily Maintenance

1. Remove all soil, dirt, dust, and debris.


2. Clean the flooring using a microfiber dust mop. If necessary, vacuum the floor first.


3. Apply a diluted neutral cleaner to the surface using a microfiber wet mop pad.


4. If necessary, use clean water and a clean microfiber mop pad to remove any remaining residue.
