Easily Install Tiles in Your Manufacturing Workplace

The Wearwell ErgoDeck Tile is very easy to install. The interlocking tiles have connections that hold them together securely. You can also disconnect and reconnect the tiles as needed.

Measuring 1.5 by 1.5 feet, these tiles can quickly cover larger spaces in your facility. They’re easy to cut to fit your space, too, and since each tile weighs just 5 pounds, the installation process is easy.

Chemical Resistance and Specifications

The resistance levels reflected below are based on moderate exposure, not long-term immersion in any of the listed fluids. For best results, please use this chart as a guide, and schedule regular cleaning for your mats.

• Performs well: boric acid, ethylene glycol, isopropyl alcohol, transmission fluid (type A)
• Slightly affected: bleach solution (10% dilute), brake fluid, brake fluid (silicone based), chlorine solution (3% dilute), diesel oil, hydraulic oil (petroleum), mineral oil, petroleum, salt water, vegetable oil
• Moderately affected: animal fats, citric acid, hydrochloric acide cole (37% dilute)
• Not Recommended: acetone, lacquer solvents, MEK, naptha, napthlene, tolulene, trichloroethane
• Not Tested: acetone, ethylene acetate, Lindol (hydraulic fluid)

Maintenance

Sweep. Damp mop with a neutral pH cleaner. For deep cleaning, use a high-pressure hold (not to exceed 500 psi) and hot water (max 160 degrees F) to rid the mats of oils. Do not use steam, degreasers, caustic chemicals, or mechanical scrubbers.
