Our anti-fatigue mats with drainage holes have just the right amount of give for people standing and working, but they also have enough firmness to allow rolling carts to move across the mats smoothly without sinking in and becoming difficult to push.

When working in an industrial, commercial, or retail location where liquid spills are common, having a perforated floor is an ideal design. Rather than forcing workers to stand in pools of water, our anti-fatigue mats with drainage holes allow the liquid to flow through to the subfloor efficiently.

By removing liquids from the surface of the tiles, workers will see a reduction in the potential for slips too. Spills of small solids and powdery materials will fall through the perforations, keeping them away from the soles of the shoes of people standing and working.

Positive Interlocking Tile System

Our 18-by-18-inch tiles can go together in any configuration to cover the desired space in the work area. Connect dozens of tiles to cover a large squarish area, or create a long runway of connected tiles that yield protection at an assembly line or at a long countertop.

Each tile contains a highly durable interlocking system. Two sides of the tile have tabs, while the other two sides have slots. Installers can assemble and disassemble these tiles repeatedly without causing any damage to the interlock tabs.

Having a sturdy interlock system for these tiles is important to protect the workers using the floor. Because our anti-fatigue mats with drainage holes stay together when placed under stress, workers do not have to worry about the floor pulling apart, which would create a fall hazard.

As a final safety feature, installers can order an optional ramped border to attach to the mat layout, available in black, or yellow. This border has a gradual ramp, reducing the possibility of a trip hazard on the 7/8-inch thick ErgoDeck mat. These border edges use the same interlocking system as the main mats, ensuring a tight fit.

Chemical Resistance and Specifications

The resistance levels reflected below are based on moderate exposure, not long-term immersion in any of the listed fluids. For best results, please use this chart as a guide, and schedule regular cleaning for your mats.

• Performs well: boric acid, ethylene glycol, isopropyl alcohol, transmission fluid (type A)
• Slightly affected: bleach solution (10% dilute), brake fluid, brake fluid (silicone based), chlorine solution (3% dilute), diesel oil, hydraulic oil (petroleum), mineral oil, petroleum, salt water, vegetable oil
• Moderately affected: animal fats, citric acid, hydrochloric acide cole (37% dilute)
• Not Recommended: acetone, lacquer solvents, MEK, naptha, napthlene, tolulene, trichloroethane
• Not Tested: acetone, ethylene acetate, Lindol (hydraulic fluid)
