Interlocking Anti Fatigue Mats

When you need variability in the size of the floor covered with our grit flooring tiles, the interlocking design on the edges of these tiles works nicely.

The interlocking design uses pegs on two sides of each mat and connectors on the other two sides to deliver a trustworthy interlock. Once you connect the tiles together, they will not pull apart when placed under normal levels of stress.

Connecting the tiles does not take very long. Should users need to reduce the size of the covered flooring, they can pop these tiles apart just as quickly, easily resizing the floor.

The interlocking system ensures that adjacent tiles will be tightly connected with no gaps between the tiles. This is an important part of the design of our grit flooring, as it allows the square-shaped perforations to collect any liquid spills and move them efficiently through to the subfloor.

Should installers need to cut these tiles to fit a wall-to-wall installation, they can use a utility knife and a straight edge. To maintain the integrity of the floor and to ensure the interlocking pegs continue to work properly, installers can only cut these tiles every 3 inches along the length and width.

These PVC tiles deliver a high level of comfort and cushioning for those who must stand and work for a large portion of the day. In an industrial facility, this is a common occurrence.

By providing cushioning for the employees, they will have less fatigue in the legs toward the end of the workday. They also should experience less pain in the lower back, knees, ankles, and hips from day to day.

Perforated Tiles for Wet Environment Safety

Perforations that extend through the entire 7/8 inch thickness of the mat will quickly remove any spilled liquids from the surface of the mat. Employees will not have to stand in puddles while working, which helps to deliver a safer environment in which people can work.

These mats also work well in dry working environments, where employees are working with powders or other fine solids. Those materials will move through the perforations to the subfloor, as these square perforations are large enough to handle many solids.

Once the workday ends, facility managers can pick up these interlocking tiles and use a power washer on the subfloor to remove any solids that fell through the perforated holes.

Should businesses want to reduce the possibility of tripping on the 7/8-inch lip for those walking near the mats, customers can order optional interlocking side safety ramps that reduce the height of the lip and deliver a bright yellow color for visibility.

This product is made from 80% post-industrial recycled material.
