Though specifically designed for exterior spaces, the LonDeck line is equally appropriate for interiors.

Maintenance and Care

For daily cleaning of our outdoor vinyl floor roll, use a microfiber dry mop to remove dust and dirt. If solids are stuck to the floor, such as gum or mud, cleaners can use a putty knife to remove these items before running the dust mop over the floor.

For a more thorough cleaning, customers can use an auto-scrubbing machine on the waterproof LonSeal flooring. Use a slow speed on the scrubbing machine of less than 300 rpm. In an outdoor installation, some customers will choose to scrub the floor with a deck brush.

Customers may also mop the floor with a neutral pH cleaning solution, diluted with water as instructed. Should the scrubbing or mopping process leave a residue behind from the cleaning solution, customers can mop the floor with clean water and let it air dry.

Some customers will want to apply a urethane or acrylic finish immediately after the install or after a few years when the floor begins to show some wear.

Because this model of LonDeck Commercial Outdoor Vinyl has an embossed texture on the surface, it may take multiple coats of finish to achieve the desired results. Follow the instructions included with the flooring for the best results when applying the finish.

Welding thread listed for Londeck products (if applicable) are for interior installations only; exterior installations of Londeck products must always use overlap welds.
No specific welding thread exists for Briarwood, and there are none similar.

Maintenance

Use trisodium phosphate (TSP) diluted 1/4 cup of TSP in 1 gallon of warm water and scrub vigorously with a deck brush.
