Athletic facilities need a durable type of floor that’s also stylish and will impress visitors, making the business competitive versus other gymnasiums in the area. The LonCourt UV Vinyl Basketball Court Floor Roll has a faux wood look that’s made for sports facilities.
This flooring delivers an appearance that’s similar to maple plank flooring, yet it does not require maintenance or cleaning processes similar to real hardwood. It’s available in rolls that provide an easier installation process than actual hardwood too, allowing the customer to save money on the install process.
This vinyl provides a surface that will work nicely for almost any sort of indoor sport, including volleyball and basketball. It will work for either game play or practice sessions, allowing customers to paint lines onto it.
High Quality Basketball and Volleyball Court Floor
Facilities are able to use our vinyl basketball court floor in a wide range of areas, including in competitive game gyms at a school or in a practice gym. This flooring meets NCAA rebound requirements for basketball of between 49 and 54 inches.
The high-gloss urethane layer on this vinyl material will yield a look that’s very similar to real hardwood basketball floors found in college and high school gymnasiums. In fact, this LonCourt UV flooring is almost identical to the popular original LonCourt flooring, but this model contains the urethane glossy finish.
The vinyl basketball court floor has a printed wood grain on it. This includes realistic wood grain patterns and slight color variations, just as a customer would expect to see in an actual hardwood floor used in a school gymnasium.
At first glance, visitors to the gym will believe they are looking at an actual hardwood floor.

Maintenance and Care
With the wood grain finish in our vinyl basketball court floor, there’s no need to apply a high-gloss finish on a regular basis, as is the case with a real hardwood floor. This pre-applied urethane layer provides an advantage for the LonCourt UV floor versus other vinyl options.
The manufacturer applies the glossy urethane finish during manufacturing, so customers do not have to apply a new layer of finish in the future. If customers do choose to apply a finish later, it will void the warranty on the finish.
To maintain the floor, the manufacturer recommends using a microfiber dust mop on a regular basis. If the flooring has larger particles than the microfiber mop can handle, customers can use a vacuum cleaner.
To remove soils or stubborn stains, a wet mop with clean water or a neutral pH cleaner will work. Occasionally, the customer can make use of neutral pH cleaner with a low-speed rotary cleaning or scrubbing machine at less than 300 rpm.
Should the cleaning machine leave excess water behind, a wet/dry vacuum can remove this moisture. Otherwise, allow the flooring to air dry during the course of the day.
