Our Horse stall mats 10x10 ft kits are both an easy-to-install and affordable flooring solution for horse stalls. Our horse stall mat kits are a popular choice to be used in horse barn stalls and aisle ways. Customers also report using these Horse Stall Mats for their horse trailer floors as well as grooming areas. These mats are a versatile flooring solution for all kinds of horse facilities.
Our horse stall mats are made from a very durable 3/4 inch rubber that is cut using a precision water jet cutting system. These high quality cuts lead to a nearly seamless fit every time. The precision cut interlock system helps achieve exceptionally even top surface of the Horse Stall Mat kits. The exceptionally smooth seams of this 10x10 rubber flooring kit reduces the chance of either humans or horses tripping over an uneven interlocking edge.
Our entire selection of rubber mats is made in the USA with the highest quality and craftsmanship. Our horse stall mat kits are water jet cut in order to ensure that the fit between the mats is as tight as possible.
The diamond top surface texture of our 10x10 Horse Stall Mats kit ensures that both horses and humans will always have a safe footing on these stall mats. The nonslip surface is made from a durable pattern and has been engineered to stand up to years of wear protecting both horses and humans from fall and slips. The bottom of the mats is a flat bottom which helps ensure that the underside of the 10x10 rubber mats kit doesn't accumulate water, dust or dirt, helping keep all areas cleaner. The rubber mats help keep dust and dirt down on the ground instead of being blown into the air.
The longevity and durability of these rubber mats is ensured by their innovative design that is meant to stand up to years of wear. Our Rubber Stall Mats 10x10 kit will provide a safe and comfortable environment for years to come. The health and happiness of all domesticated animals, even horses, can be directly and significantly affected by the flooring they live on.
Hours of time will be saved in the mucking process through the innovative design of these mats.
No adhesive is required to install Rubber Stall Mats 10x10 kits, because their weight alone is significant enough to prevent shifting of the mats. For installation, all that is needed is just to simply lay the mats down on a smooth, hard surface and then click the interlocking tabs together. The tight fitting interlock system of these mats will lead to a nearly seamless fit. The interlocking system of our Rubber Stall Mats 10x10 kit is not universal, so the mats may need to be rotated several times in order for the interlock system to match with the surrounding mats. It is very helpful to refer to the installation instructions and diagram shipped with the kits.
Should you need to cut one or more of the mats, all it takes is a straight edge, sharp utility knife and 2x4 board. Keep the 2x4 under the cutting area and make a series of shallow scores with your utility knife. The cut will open gradually as you go, reducing friction on the blade.
We are concerned with the earth's environment and its future sustainability. All of our rubber tiles and rolls are made with recycled rubber. Our 10x10 Horse Stall Mats kits are made from 100% recycled rubber in the USA. All recycled rubber products are to the same high quality standards as virgin material products. These 10x10 stall mat kits come with an industry-leading 12-year warranty.
This product's warranty is prorated by the manufacturer. This means that if the manufacturer chooses replacement over repair, the amount that the purchasers must pay towards the replacement increases over time. The prorate starts after three years, so if the manufacturer choose to replace mats in the first three years, they will do so in full with no cost to the consumer. After three years the cost to the purchaser is: at 4 years - 10%, 5 years - 20%, ... 12 years - 90%. The manufacturer requires that the purchaser notify them within 15 days of discovering a defect.
In areas that are larger than a 10x10 area, we offer larger horse stall mat kits of sizes up to 16x20 feet. The 16x20 horse stall kit covers more than triple the total surface area of the 10x10 horse stall mat kit. To order custom-sized horse stall mat kits, please inquire with our experienced sales team. They would be more than happy to work with you in ordering a custom size mat kit, or answering any question you may have about custom size horse stall mat kits.
10x10 stall mats are 3/4 inches thick and have a thickness variance tolerance of +/- 0.045 inches. In order to account for possible thickness differences in adjacent mats, specifically-designed plastic shims are included with all orders of horse stall mat kits to be used to even out the horse stall mats at the interlocking seams. Our knowledgeable sales team can always assist you in any questions or concerns you may have with your horse stall mat kit. Use cases, installation, and care are all important topics to understand, and our sales team is more than happy to explain.
Once the entire horse stall mat kit is installed, the 10x10 rubber mat kit is 9 feet 6 inches x 9 feet 6 inches. This is because each tile loses some coverage due to its interlocks, so the true dimension of the interlocked mats is 9.5 feet wide and 9.5 feet long.
A healthy horse barn or horse trailer is a clean one. The cleanliness of any horse barn is crucial to maintaining the health and happiness of the horses that live there and the humans that work there. Humans and horses alike need a clean environment.
The antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties of our 10x10 Horse Stall Mats kit helps you keep horse barns and stalls cleaner for longer. These same antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties of these mats are important because they keep both the top and bottom surface of these mats much more sanitary. The last thing any horse owner wants to have to deal with is bacteria and fungus building up on top of or underneath their horse stall mats.
Rubber stall mats allow you to use less bedding, and this will cut down on bedding costs in the long run. Bedding will also be easier to muck. Horses and humans prefer the comfort of our 10x10 rubber stall mats kits over concrete. These 10x10 rubber mat kits are able to support even the heaviest of horses, they provide much more comfort than a concrete floor.
One of these mats weighs around 100 pounds, so several people are recommended for installation. Each of these mats are approximately 4x6 feet in size, so more than one person will likely be needed to handle them. We recommends 2-4 people for installation of these 10x10 Horse Stall Mat kits.

Can this be used outside, for example, in an outdoor tack up area, or an outdoor holding stall? Will direct sunlight damage the mat?
How does this product work as far as the horse urinating on them ,do u have to take them apart to squirt them off w hose ? Granted the bedding absorbs most urine, but what would the mucking the process be??
I see in the sample installation diagram on your website that it appears to be for a 10X10 stall. It looks as though there is a piece in the center of the installation that is approx 1' square. Is the interlocking edges strong enough to keep a horse that paws from pulling it apart?
