Quickly and Easily Install Erosion Control with the GeoGrid Paving System
With the GeoGrid Paving System, you can quickly and efficiently implement ground reinforcement and stabilization. The grid paving system features a cellular design to disperse excess rain or flood water, so it’s ideal for areas with water drainage problems. By providing filtration, these stabilization mats help disperse excess water in high traffic areas.
These pavers are manufactured in Europe with 100% recycled premium high-density polyethylene. Their effective and simple interlocking design makes for fast installation, and no tools are required.
Additionally, this matting system can withstand loads of up to 350 tons per square meter, and that strength allows it to provide roadway erosion control and stabilization. It can serve as a permanent ground reinforcement and stabilization system.
Provide Stability for Gravel
You can fill in the GeoGrid Paving System with aggregate or decorative stones to provide robust ground reinforcement for areas with high pedestrian or vehicle use. The cellular construction keeps the stones or gravel in place and prevents erosion.
It’s an ideal choice for parking lots, driveways, access routes, horse paddocks, and emergency routes for vehicles.
Provide Stability for Grass
The GeoGrid Paving System can also be seeded with grass, providing an environmentally friendly and aesthetic solution. This is a top choice for golf cart paths, lawns, or horse paddock areas where green, natural grass is desired but erosion needs to be controlled.

Product Questions:
Q: What is the base used to install it? Material and Depth?
A: A compacted surface is preferable, however a non-disturb earth can work as well.
Q: Would this hold up to forklift traffic? Specifically, I am looking at covering 4,000 square feet of a pole barn with a dirt and gravel floor used for warehousing pallets of columns.
A: Yes, this product is designed for forklift use and can be used on gravel or dirt surfaces. We may have better options, please contact a salesperson.
Q: Do you need to fill the grids with material, or can you use it as is?
A: The product does need to be filled with some sort of driveway material like pea rock or class 5 gravel.
Q: Can I place this on top of my lawn?
A: Yes this can be installed on any outdoor surface.
Q: Can I use this in areas with winter conditions?
A: Yes, this outdoor geogrid plastic tile is designed for outdoor use in all climates.
Q: Can one safely use a snowplow on top of this material? I'm thinking of using it for my driveway, but we get snow in the winter.
A: We would not recommend that. The ground shifts exposing a possibility for the plow to catch and destroy one or many tiles.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity? An order of 1, is that one tile (16X16), or one square of 4 tiles?
A: There is no minimum order quantity, one tile is 1.62 x 1.62 Ft and covers 2.64 SF.
Q: My horse paces. He creates a ditch, and the paddock area is muddy. Will these tiles hold up to pacing?
A: If installed properly, these will hold up to pacing horses just fine.
Q: The video states it comes with four panels attached to each other so 3.2’x3.2’. Is that correct?
A: Four panels would be 3.24x3.24 feet. These are sold per panel but typically ships with 4 panels connected. The price is listed per panel as it's not required to buy these panels in increments of 4.
