Endless Summer features Silverback™ which is an exceptional polyurethane backing for synthetic turf that surpasses industry standards. Unlike typical coatings, Silverback™ saturates the primary backing and penetrates into the tuft, effectively securing the turf blades in place. This unique process creates a tuft lock that exceeds industry norms.
Recommended adhesive is Ultrabond Turf PU 2K 2 Gal. 180 SF. If using infill, use 2 pounds of silica sand per square foot.
Installation
Many people will have a contractor install artificial turf, but some people choose to do the installation themselves. Outdoor artificial turf requires a base layer 4-inch layer of compacted crushed stone or similar compacted surface. The artificial turf will need to be off-loaded from the shipping truck by hand which requires two or more people. Artificial turf can be cut to fit if needed. Seam tape may be necessary if you are putting two or more pieces together. Turf will need to be secured along the edges with nails or staples.

Indoor broom or vacuum as needed, outdoor occasional flush with water.
Shipping
Ships via freight delivery only. Please note that customers must be able to hand unload the turf rolls off the the truck. Turf rolls are heavy and will require multiple people to unload and move.
