Choose Wall Pads Designed for Safety

This wall padding features quality components to ensure optimal performance.

• The backing consists of a 7/16-inch Georgia Pacific Blue Ribbon® oriented strand board. It’s third-party certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® procurement standard and free of added urea-formaldehyde resin.
• The foam layer is a two-inch polychloroprene foam (neoprene) that is compliant with NFPA 286 flame and smoke testing and ASTM E-84 Class A fire retardant. It also meets the ASTM 2440 protective standard testing method and quantifies the impact of GMax (125) and Head Injury Criterion (407) scores.
• The cover is an 18-ounce coated smooth matte vinyl that is compliant with NFPA-701, CSFM-19, and ASTM E-84.
• With the BACshield feature, the vinyl cover is anti-mildew, anti-fungus, antimicrobial, anti-bacterial treated, and UV treated.
• This product has been tested in accordance with CDPH 01350 v1.2 VOC emissions evaluation requirements and qualifies for the LEEDv4.1 EQ credit: Low-emitting materials.

Semi-Permanent Installation with Z-Clips

The wall pads include aluminum Z-Clips for easy and versatile installation. The Z-Clip mounts to the wall at the top and bottom, as aligned with panel size and mounting height. The opposing Z-Clip is mounted to the backside of the wall pad. (Z-clips on the wall pads are included. Z-clips for the wall are not included in the price shown.)

Once the clips are securely fastened, you can nest the clip mounted to the pad into the clip that’s mounted to the wall. Use a rubber mallet to tap the wall pad securely down into the Z-Clip. The mats can be removed and reinstalled as needed.

Maintenance

Panels can be wiped clean with a low pH cleaner, wipe dry.
