Our 2x4 chain link fence padding is made with an 18 oz. UV-resistant extruded vinyl covering. This fence padding features three inch thick high impact polyurethane foam padding and a 5/8 inch thick moisture resistant sheathing panel for internal structural support. It is a time-tested, proven product that provides facilities with an affordable safety solution. Outdoor Field Wall Padding for Chain Link Fences are installed on chain link fences with bolt and plate attachment brackets. If wall padding needs to be installed on concrete or wood walls, we offer Outdoor Field Wall Padding Z-Clip products that are designed to be installed on solid walls.

Backing: 5/8 inch APA BC exterior grade plywood, primed on edges and backside. Exposed plywood surface is painted to match vinyl color.
Vinyl covering:

- The vinyl cover is folded around the backside of the plywood backing and stapled every 3 inches. The staples are made of stainless steel to help prevent corrosion.
- Each pad has 3 weep holes to evacuate moisture
The foam filling is three inch thick high-impact foam that helps protect athletes. The filler foam is glued to the plywood backing to ensure the foam stays in place.
The adhesive used in this 2x4 chain link fence padding is a resin rubber base adhesive with a high flexibility factor. The glue is water resistant as well as heat & and cold resistant, and also has a high bonding factor.
The product is attached by a minimum of 6 1/4 x 1-1/2 inch bolts that are screwed into 1/4 inch threaded washer inserts with 1/8 x 3 inch round backing plates. The washers and screws are both made of stainless steel to resist corrosion.
