Featuring a tear and abrasion resistant 19 oz vinyl, our Outdoor Field Wall Padding with Z Clip 2 ft high x 4 ft wide for masonry and wood walls will provide safety for athletes.
Our 2x4 foot chain link fence padding is made with a 19 oz. UV-resistant extruded vinyl covering. This fence padding features 3-inch-thick high-impact polyurethane foam padding and a 3/4-inch-thick moisture-resistant composite board for internal structural support. It is a time-tested, proven product that provides facilities with an affordable safety solution.
Each pad has 3 weep holes to evacuate moisture, making this an ideal choice for long-lasting outdoor wall pads. The vinyl cover is folded around the backside of the plywood backing and stapled every 3 inches. The staples are made of stainless steel to help prevent corrosion.
The filler foam is glued to the plywood backing to ensure the foam stays in place. The adhesive used in this padding is a resin rubber base adhesive with a high flexibility factor. Z-Clip Installation Method
Attachment: Aluminum Z-Clips, 2.5 inches wide x .125 inch thick, mounted to the backer panel using 1/4 x 3/4 inch stainless screws screwed.
Because mounting hardware requirements vary by application, wall fasteners are not included. Furring the middle of the wall pad may be required if the wall is not flat/flush.
Suggested Fastening Hardware for Concrete, Block, or Brick: Tapcon Hex Head: 1/4'' x 1-3/4'' or Drive Pins/Mushroom Anchors: 1/4'' x 1'' long
