Our 12x12 foot Washbay horse stall mat kit features interlocking rubber tiles with a button top surface texture that provide traction in wet areas. The non slip rubber Washbay Button Top kit contains 1/2 inch thick component pieces ready to assemble for your specified area size. Custom size kits are also available.
Our mats will never pack or crush like sand or crumb-filled beds and are completely non-absorbent for easy cleanup, and are simple to install in any environment. In addition to reducing bedding expenses, the Washbay Button Top 12x12 ft x 1/2 inch stall mat kit will insulate against cold and dampness and will not roll, buckle, or curl. One large benefit of interlocking tiles within a horse stall is that the interlocking tile flooring is much easier to clean than non interlocking mats.
These 1/2 inch thick tiles have a thickness tolerance of +/- .040 inch.

Assembled dimensions of 12x12 ft kit: 11 ft 10-1/4 inches by 11 ft 10 inches by 1/2 inch. Kits are available in 10x10, 10x12, 12x12 ft, and also in custom sizes.
Maintenance
Hose off to keep clean. Use neutral Ph cleanser.

A: This product can be used outdoors, however direct exposure to sunlight may expand the product somewhat.
