A non-absorbent sheet vinyl flooring roll, it is 81.90 feet long and 4.92 feet wide for 402 square feet. Each roll weighs 120 pounds, and has straight edging. It features a Shore A 88 material hardness.

Uses For High Gloss Sheet Vinyl Flooring

This sheet PVC product is a high shine, glossy finish event flooring solution with a slight cushioned backing for added support and comfort. Available in eight colors, it’s the ideal choice when a “wet look” floor is needed. Perfect for trade shows, television specials, concerts, fashion shows, stage performances and photo shoots, the potential uses are virtually endless.

This product is often used as a dance floor. It’s great for competitions and performances, practices, and making social media videos. It can be found in a wide array of dance applications (ballet, modern, percussive, flamenco, hip hop), as well as theater and stage productions, exhibition and trade shows, display and retail, television and film production, special events and fashion shows.

The USITT utilized this high shine, glossy floor for an exhibition in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for a booth and the main stage at the Broward County Convention Center. It was also used at the Special Olympics in Athens, Greece for the opening and closing ceremonies staging.

Cleaning And Maintenance Of High Shine Sheet Vinyl

Daily maintenance of the high shine sheet vinyl floor will extend the life of your new floor and protect the manufacturer’s warranty. Pay special attention to NOT apply any type of sealers, floor finishes, or waxes of any type. Never use a mop used in other areas of your studio to clean non-dance rooms, and never scrub the floor with any hard polyester or hard nylon pads, steel wool, wire brushes or abrasive flooring cleaners. Keep in mind that certain materials can cause serious damage, e.g., organic solvents (acetone, fingernail polish remover, tar, rubber pads, rubber wheels, etc.) Please reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions.

For the initial cleaning of this high shine floor, simply sweep or vacuum the entire surface to remove all loose dirt, dust or other foreign matter. Then, mop it with a solution of lukewarm water and vinyl floor cleaner, using a dilution ratio of 1:10. Leave it on the surface for 5-10 minutes, and with clear, clean water, wipe the product off thoroughly using a clean, soft white cloth to avoid cloudy stains and to remove any possibility of a slip hazard. You may also use any pH neutral vinyl floor cleaner stating it is safe for vinyl floors, following the instructions on the product label.

For daily maintenance, sweep the floors and mop, as needed. For weekly maintenance, vacuum the entire floor surface to remove all loose dirt, dust and other foreign matter. Then, mop it with a solution of lukewarm water and vinyl floor cleaner, using a dilution ratio of 1:10. Leave it on the surface for 5-10 minutes, and with clear, clean water, wipe the product off thoroughly using a clean, soft white cloth to avoid cloudy stains and to remove any possibility of a slip hazard.
