In these work situations, people often must stand for long periods of time to do their jobs. This can be difficult when standing on a hard cement or laminate floor, as these unforgiving floors do not protect the lower body joints of the workers.


After several hours of standing and working on a concrete floor, employees may become fatigued, losing their ability to concentrate on their jobs because of pain in the knees and lower back. Our cushioned safety mats prevent these issues by creating a forgiving surface on the factory floor.

Slip Resistant Raised Pattern Flooring
Our ErgoDeck anti-fatigue flooring also delivers slip resistance, as it uses a geometric raised pattern of squares and L-shaped areas. This raised pattern gives workers a sure grip as they stand on or walk across the tiles.

Some smooth tiles could create a slip hazard when they become wet or when employees spill a loose powder on them. However, the slight variations in the raised pattern on the top of these Wearwell tiles greatly reduce the possibility of slips

Industrial Flooring for Cart Traffic

Even though this anti-fatigue flooring has a slight give to it, allowing employees to stand and work comfortably for a longer period than hard floors, these tiles deliver plenty of stability and firmness.

When standing and working, employees will not sink into the floor as they might with a highly cushioned, soft floor, which could create a stumbling hazard. Floors that are too soft can also create balance issues and lead to pain in the lower back.

These PVC plastic interlocking tiles are firm enough to allow employees to roll carts over the top of them without having the wheels sink into the material.

This product is made from 80% post-industrial recycled material.

Simple Installation System

Installers do not need a lot of experience with flooring installs to lay out our interlocking tiles. The edges of the tiles contain loops and tabs in a positive interlocking system, which creates an extremely secure final layout that will not pull apart when placed under stress.

Because of the tight fit of the interlocking system, installers should not add glue or adhesive to the edges of the tiles. They maintain their secure fit without glue.

With a dry lay installation process, installers can disassemble the tiles and return to the original subfloor at any time. These tiles pull apart almost as quickly as they go together. Customers may want to remove the tiles to allow for a thorough cleaning of the individual tiles or to clean the subfloor.

Because of the durability of these PVC plastic tiles, it is unlikely that a single tile will suffer significant damage. However, should this happen, installers can pull out the damaged tile and replace it with a new one. All tiles in this family use the same interlocking system.

Installers can cut these tiles to fit with a utility knife, although it may take several cutting strokes to completely penetrate the 7/8-inch thickness of the PVC plastic.
