EGrip III Adhesive 4 Gal Pail is a one-component, solvent-free, urethane adhesive is a revolutionary zero VOC-calculated product featuring low odor and improved tack properties for easy application and flat, concealed seams.
Egrip III adhesive coverage using 1/8 inch square notched trowel:
60SF per gallon over concrete
50SF per gallon over asphalt
E-Grip III is a revolutionary zero-VOC adhesive. The low odor, one-component urethane adhesive is formulated specifically for use with Max Playground Rubber Tile, Rolled Rubber Eureka, UltraTile and MX Outdoor Rubber Tile products. It features excellent trowability and improved tack properties, making it easy to apply and create flat, concealed seams. E-Grip III has been specifically engineered to be solvent-free. With a moisture-cured, no-mix, non-sag and permanently elastic formula, it provides excellent adhesion to elastomers, concrete, and wood in both indoor and outdoor applications.

View Cleaning and Maintenance Product Questions:
Q: How can we clean excess glue off of rubber flooring? What can we use?
A: Once the adhesive has cured, it is extremely difficult to remove. You will want to take extra precautions so as not to damage the surface area. There are urethane adhesive removers on the market. Before removing the adhesive, cover the surrounding surface from splashes or spills of the remover. If you have an order from us, please call your sales representative to discuss.
Q: What trowel would I use to install Centaur CS97A, 50-foot rolls?
A: 1/16'' square-notched trowel.
Q: Do you have to wait for it to dry before rolling the flooring over it? Or is it a wet application?
A: The rolled rubber should be installed over wet adhesive. Spread the adhesive using the proper size square-notched trowel. Take care not to spread more E-Grip III than can be covered with flooring within 30 minutes. The open time of the adhesive is 30–40 minutes at 70°F and 50% relative humidity.
