Custom Length 1/4 Inch Rubber Flooring

Our 1/4 rubber roll has a thin design versus other rubber gym flooring, which makes it a lighter option and simplifies installing it.

Our 1/4-inch rubber mat goes directly over any hard floor, providing protection for the subfloor from dropped items or from exercise machines. Even with a thin design, it maintains its resilience and toughness.

Customers can order a specific length of the 4-foot-wide roll, starting at 1 foot up to 100 feet in length. This helps to cut down on waste and keeps the cost reasonable.

Slip-Resistant Texture

At a fitness center, our color-fleck rubber flooring creates a slip-resistant surface. Athletes can make quick movements and can gain the leverage they need on this floor, helping them gain the most benefit from their workouts.

Even if the rubber surface becomes wet, it maintains its texture to prevent the threat of slips.

The texture also keeps your exercise machines from sliding around when you are placing a lot of force on them in a hardcore workout session.

Eco-Friendly Recycled Rubber Flooring

Our rolls are a nice choice for those who want an eco-friendly style of flooring. The 10% color fleck-colored rolls contain 85% post-consumer recycled material, helping to keep these materials out of landfills.

The rolls may contribute to LEED points in a green building design as well.

1/4 inch material is recommended to be glued for installations over 500 SF.

In some cases, the manufacturer may provide a cut length within two pieces of material. In other cases, the manufacturer may send material that is over or under the specified footage. In all cases, the manufacturer is required to supply the overall amount of material per order. It is common for rolled rubber jobs to have butt seams or cut end seams within one roll or run.

Disclaimer

Any black recycled rubber material can have minor variations in the intensity of the black color. The rubber flooring can have a shading look when the product changes direction when placed on the floor. This occurs due to the way light is reflected and how the human eye sees the color. Installing the product in the same direction can diminish the appearance of color differences.

Maintenance

Always use neutral Ph cleaner on rubber flooring. Damp mop with hot water.
