The VersaMat is a versatile, heavy duty mat suitable for everything from foot traffic to heavy construction. It’s ideal for creating temporary walkways or driveable roadways for heavy equipment.
You can easily deploy this ground protection matting by hand. Its flexible construction means the mat will follow the contours of the ground, delivering a highly effective access solution on sloping or undulating ground conditions.
You can use Turn-A-Links or EZ links to create a firm and secure trackway to protect the grass or lawn surface. These mats can help to prevent yard damage due to heavy foot traffic or machinery, even when the grass is soft.
Maximize Traction for Vehicles and Foot Traffic
These mats can help to maximize traction, too, and are available in Versa-Diamond or Versa-Smooth textures. The Versa-Diamond has a low-profile, slip-resistant Versa tread on one side and an aggressive diamond plate texture on the other side that’s great for vehicle traffic.
The Versa-Smooth also features the low-profile, slip-resistant Versa tread on one side, but has a smooth surface on the other side. The Versa tread and smooth surface are an excellent choice when you need a walkway for pedestrian traffic.

These rugged ground protection mats are made of ½ inch thick recycled polyethylene material, so they’re virtually indestructible. These mats will bend, but they don’t break. They have been tested in record cold and heat and are resistant to all weather conditions. They also withstand vehicles weighing up to 60 tons and with loads of up to 120 tons.
