Maintenance and Care

Cleaning these safety mats is an easy process that the customer can perform as often as needed.

The best way to clean the mat after exposure to oils or greases after use in a kitchen is by using a mild degreaser agent and a hose. These are waterproof mats that can stand up to cleaning as often as needed.

For removing dry debris, just sweep the surface of the mat with a broom or with a dust mop.

Be sure to sweep both the upward facing layer and the layer on the ground from time to time. Keeping the underside free of dust is helpful for maintaining the mat’s ability to grip the floor and resist sliding out of place.

Maintenance

Sweep regularly or dry mop the surface and the back of the mat. The surface can be damp-mopped with a mild soap/detergent.
