Wearwell 24/Seven NBR Perforated is a high performance, 3x3 ft, interconnecting rubber anti-fatigue mat. This black modular mat has hidden interlocks. The mat can be positioned to cover large flooring areas or single workstations. This ergonomic matting will improve standing workers performance and fight fatigue.

The NBR version of the mat can handle all items that the GR and CFR mats can handle, while also providing resistance to petroleum-based fluids and oils, as well as other solutions.

Heavy Duty Rubber Mat With Holes

Customers who select rubber mats for use along assembly lines or at workstations appreciate the fact that rubber is a heavy duty material for flooring. It can survive rough treatment day after day while showing minimal wear.

This perforated mat measures 5/8-inch thick, which gives it additional durability versus thinner mats. Even with this level of thickness, this rubber tile remains flexible, which simplifies installation and which gives those using the mat a comfortable space to stand and work.

Even in areas with regular foot traffic, the rubber material will resist showing wear and tear. In areas where people will frequently be walking, installers may want to purchase and add ramped safety borders in a yellow color to reduce any trip hazard. (The borders represent an optional add-on purchase.)

All of these 3x3 ft tiles and the ramped safety borders make use of the same interlocking system of tabs and loops on the edges. This interlock system is a high-quality design, meaning installers do not need to use glue or adhesive on the edges to maintain a sturdy installation.

By not needing to glue the interlocking edges together, installers have the option of disassembling the floor at any time and moving it to a new location or resizing it for a certain type of job.

Upon installation, the interlock system will remain hidden under the edge of the tile. This means visitors and employees only see straight lines between tiles and a clean design in the final layout.

Anti Fatigue Drainage Mats

When employees must stand for much of the workday to do their jobs, they can begin to feel pain in the knees, hips, lower back, and ankles. When employees are uncomfortable, they have a more difficult time focusing on their work.

Businesses can give their employees a much better work experience when they create a perforated mat layout with our tiles. The rubber material will provide a cushioned layout for the employees, which is far more comfortable than standing on a concrete or hard vinyl floor for hours at a time.

No matter what size of flooring employees need to have to do their jobs, installers can create the required size and shape using these interlocking tiles.

Having an ability to create a particular size of floor covering increases the likelihood that an employee will not have to step off the mat frequently to reach certain items.

Maintenance and Care

Customers often find rubber matting designed for use in wet areas easier to clean than mats made for dry area use. With our Wearwell perforated mat, spills at the worksite will drain through the round holes to the subfloor.

This design means that workers will not be standing in puddles to do their jobs after a spill. In many cases, they can continue working without having to stop the job to clean up the spill.

For general cleaning practices, customers can make use of a high-pressure hose to wash the surface of the mat, which will remove dry debris and dust, as well as liquids at oily workstations. Keep the water temperature at 160 degrees Fahrenheit or lower and maintain the water pressure at a level of 500 psi or less.

If the floor remains dry, customers can remove any debris using a broom or vacuum cleaner.

Avoid using a washing machine, a mechanical scrubber, or a steam cleaning machine on these tiles. Do not place degreasers or caustic chemicals on the surface of the mats during the cleaning process, as this could lead to damage.
