Safety Wall Pad 3x4 Ft x 2 Inch WB LipTB ASTM - Class A PVC vinyl 18 oz
Impact wall pads are an indoor stationary Safety Wall Pad 3x4 Ft x 2 Inch WB LipTB ASTM, intended for direct wall connection.
Components
- Backing - 7/16” Georgia Pacific Blue Ribbon® oriented strand board (OSB); Third-party certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® procurement standard, Exposure 1 bond durability. Contains no added urea formaldehyde resins.
Georgia-Pacific building products can contribute to LEED® certification points. - Foam Layer - 2” polyethylene foam meets standards for ASTM 2440. The test method quantifies impact in terms of g-max and Head Injury Criterion (HIC) scores.
The foam layer contains at least 60% and up to 100% recycled pre-consumer raw material which promotes close-loop recycling of post-industrial scrap.
The use of pre-consumer recycled material can contribute to LEED® certification points. - Covering - 18.5 oz. coated smooth matte vinyl.
BACshield: Anti-Mildew, Anti-Fungus, Antimicrobial, Antibacterial treated, UV treated.
Passes NFPA-701, CSFM-19, and ASTM E-84 Class A fire retardant compliant
Installation of WBLipTB Wall Pads
1” Nail Margin top and bottom along width edge attached directly to wall using appropriate hardware for wall type. Refer to ASTM standards for height above finished floor. 4” AFF to bottom of foam current.

Mats and customer service were great. Custom cut outs aligned well with the space. Only improvement that could be made would be to the nail/screw fin. If it could be more hidden or have a cover/flap, then these would even exceed expectation. Just a small item for the development team to look at.
