Magnitude Premium Luxury Vinyl Planks Carton of 10 - Antimicrobial flooring
Designed to provide a wide range of flooring solutions for business and homes, Magnitude Premium LVP Laminate Flooring Planks Carton of 10 is a high quality Floor Score luxury vinyl plank flooring. This antimicrobial laminate flooring features a wood grain appearance.
Magnitude Laminate Flooring Planks With Faux Wood Grain Finish
For a high-quality flooring that resembles an actual hardwood installation without the same cost and maintenance requirements, count on the Wood Grain Finish Magnitude Laminate Flooring Planks.
These vinyl planks look like wood, but they offer a far lower cost of installation. The rectangular planks pop together with a simple interlocking edge design.
To do a full install with maximum stability in the laminate flooring, the manufacturer recommends using a glue down method. However, this is not a requirement, as the click-together install will work to provide enough stability for most use cases.
Impressive Faux Wood Grain Design
This type of laminate flooring is one of the best options for those seeking a floor that looks like an expensive hardwood, but who want a simple installation process and a far lower price.
This floor is ideal for a number of installation locations, including homes, restaurants, hotels, retail shops, commercial buildings, and office buildings.
Customers can choose among several different wood grain effects with this model, including oak, hickory, or pine. Each wood grain pattern closely mimics the grain of the actual hardwood, creating a highly realistic floor.
In addition to the wood grain pattern, each plank has slightly different color shades in the wood stain. The randomness found in each plank and in the entire carton of planks gives this flooring a design that mimics the real thing.
The manufacturer prints the wood grain and color patterns on the top layer of the vinyl planks. The printed layer receives protection through a 0.5 mm wear layer, helping it maintain the desired look for many years, even in areas of high foot traffic.
To resist UV and sun fade issues, the manufacturer cures the material with ceramic beads.
Each plank ships with a 17-year commercial-use manufacturer warranty, so customers can trust the durability they will receive. The wear layer will resist scuffs and stains, which helps the floor continue to look new well after the completion of the install process.
The planks consist of virgin PVC that’s ortho-phthalate-free. It also uses nano-silver technology with an antimicrobial and antibacterial design for maximum safety.
To guarantee the safety of this faux wood plank flooring, the floor receives an SCS Global Services FloorScore. This score measures the emissions of the product, determining its indoor air quality rating.
Installation Tips for Faux Wood Vinyl Planks
Installers are able to select between a glue down or floating floor installation when making use of these planks.
For the floating floor install process, just click the interlocking edges of the individual tiles together. Installers do not need to use glue on the edges, as the edges should remain connected together under normal use cases.
For those who want the most stable installation, they can glue the planks to the subfloor using a pressure sensitive flooring adhesive. This is a slightly tougher installation process than the floating floor install, but it is the better choice when the floor will be subject to difficult conditions.
When performing the installation, start in one corner of the room. Lay out a full row of planks across the room, connecting the short ends of the planks.
When reaching a wall or fixed object at the far end of the row, the installer can cut the plank to fit using a straightedge and a utility knife. Each plank measures only about 0.2 inches in thickness, so the knife should penetrate the vinyl material relatively easily.
For the next row, stagger the lengths of the planks, so the short ends of the planks don’t line up with the ends of planks in the adjacent rows. Installers may have to cut the first plank in the row to simplify completing the stagger.
When cutting planks, avoid installing any piece that’s 6 inches or smaller in length.

Maintenance and Care
Our luxury laminate flooring is extremely easy to care for, regardless of whether the installation occurs in a home or commercial location.
For simple cleaning needed every few days, customers can sweep the floor with a broom or can use a dust mop. This will remove dirt and grit.
For more thorough cleaning requirements, a damp mop will work well. Do not use excessive amounts of water when washing these vinyl floors, as this could cause staining.
After damp mopping the planks, understand that the surface will be slippery. Commercial locations will want to display warning signs after mopping.
Do not add wax, polish, or abrasive cleaning products to the water when damp mopping. If desired, add a mild detergent to the water to help with stubborn soils. Maintenance
Sweep regularly to remove surface grit and dust. Never use excessive amounts of water when cleaning the planks – use a damp cloth or mop and rinse with clean water. When necessary a mild detergent can be added to the water. Never use wax, polish, abrasive cleaners or scouring agents, as they may dull or distort the finish. CAUTION: Planks are slippery when wet.Shipping
