The assembly is simple and can be broken down into the following steps:

1. Check the swivel casters before you assemble the rack; they may not be locked. Make sure that they’re in the locked position, since this will make the assembly process easier.


2. After locking the swivel casters, carefully stand up the A-frame and loosely apply your first crossbar. This step is much easier with two people, but it’s possible to accomplish it with one.


3. Begin to attach the lower crossbars. These crossbars are applied the same way as the top crossbar.


4. If your roller bar bearing is tilted, don’t worry, since this can happen occasionally during delivery. Take a hammer or mallet and lightly tap the bearing until it is in the proper position.


5. Install your roller bars. It’s much easier to install the black bars before the blue ones.


6. Place bolts to hold each bar in place. Install a washer on the top and bottom of the bolts, and then install a nut on the bottom to keep the bolt secure.


7. Install the upper core crossbar, following the same method used to install the bottom crossbars.


8. Once you’ve installed the black core rollerbars, install the lower blue straightening bar.


9. Next, install the upper blue straightening bar.


10. Tighten all of the bolts that you have installed.


11. Install the handle. Align the hole on the handle with the hole on the crossbar to make sure you put it in the locked position.


12. Loosen the ⅛-inch set screws in each bearing to free up any restriction; this helps keep the roller bars turning as easily as possible.


13. After the restriction has been released, tighten the set screws.
