I ordered these roof tiles in 2021, why the hardest part was carrying them up to my terraces (they aren't light), once they were in the location they were incredibly easy to install, basically connecting them like puzzle pieces. Once I had the middle section complete, I had someone that is handier than I am, cut the pieces and trim the edges. It's now September 2023 and they have worn extremely weel and are very low maintenance. I am now preparing to order more to install in a greenhouse.

Great customer service and assistance while determine the right mats and placing my order. The mats arrived much earlier than expected. Easy to install and look and feel great!

The delivery contractor did a horrible job of notifying me when the product was supposed to be delivered and then when they did finally deliver, it was as if they dumped it off the back of the truck without any regard for ensuring the products werent damaged. Horrible experience.
