Heavy duty anti fatigue mat products are available in many different configurations, but one of the safest designs will include a texture on the top surface and some sort of high visibility stripe. The Invigorator Mat Black 3x5 feet Fatigue Mat has the safety features you're seeking, along with excellent ergonomic mat capabilities.

Another advantage of having a ribbed surface in a traction mat is that it will be easier to clean than some other textured surfaces found with workstation mat products. You can just sweep the mat with a broom in the same direction as the ribbed lines, which will give you a more thorough cleaning.

Safety Features

This beveled safety mat will remain flat on the floor, removing any tripping hazard from the lip of the mat. The beveled edges gradually increase in thickness until reaching the full 1/2-inch thickness of the heavy duty anti fatigue mat. Having a beveled safety mat is especially important when the mat will be placed in areas where people commonly will be walking or where people may be pushing carts.

We offer this traction mat in both an all-black design and in a black design with a yellow visibility stripe on both long edges of the workstation mat. This yellow stripe is a smart idea when employing the standing mat in areas where the lighting may not be very bright or when you want to warn people who may be walking near the mat that they're entering an area where they need to use caution.

Maintenance

Clean mats regularly with a vacuum. First test your vacuum to make sure your vacuum does not damage the mats. Damp mop or spot clean as needed, with a basic household soap and hot water.
