Heavy Duty Industrial Matting
An extra-aggressive, heavy-duty industrial mat capable of withstanding even the toughest and most demanding workplaces, Flexigrid Industrial Matting is specifically designed for environments where spillages, debris, and metal shards are an issue.
An etched pattern provides the highest slip resistance, while the elevated height ensures any hazardous matter is quickly dispersed and drained. This makes it an ideal choice if you’re looking for industrial workshop mats or factory flooring.
It’s also perfect for workplaces with standing employees: the two-layer construction provides comfortable cushioning to help reduce fatigue in industrial environments.
Equine Facility Matting
Flexigrid Matting is an excellent choice for wash bays and hydrotherapy pools at horse barns and veterinary clinics. This matting can be installed in the hydrotherapy pool to provide traction and stability on the pool ramp. You may want to use a screw and washer to bolt these mats in the ramp, but for most other areas, the mats are heavy enough that it is not necessary. The open grid design can be laid directly over any drains without restricting the water passing through.
Unlike rubber mats which break down quickly around pool chemicals and when fully submerged, Flexigrid is a long-lasting, durable product that is resistant to chemicals and is made from a non-porous PVC that won't absorb water. The PVC material is naturally resistant to bacteria growth for a more hygienic surface.
Installation of Flexigrid Matting
Flexigrid Matting can be loose-laid for a quick installation and cut to fit with a sharp utility knife, if necessary. The long rolls make it easier and quicker to install. Multiple rolls can be connected together with the Flexigrid Connector Clips.
