Using a metal ruler or t-square as a guide for your knife, make a series of shallow scores until you work your wall all of the way through the tile.

Maybe the trickiest part of this process is finding a way to mark where you want to cut the tile as it is full of holes and quite textured. You may want to try a chalk marker (aka window marker). These will mark well on any non-porous surface and can be easily removed if any marks remain after cutting.
