SaniTop Anti-Fatigue Mat Black 1/2 Inch x 3x5 Ft. are ideal for Individual work stations and wet or dry environments for simply fatigue relief.

As an extra safety measure, the manufacturer added beveled edges on all four sides of the small rectangular anti slip mat. This beveled edge reduces a trip or stumble hazard when someone is walking in the area of the mat. It measures 1/2 inch in thickness, so the lip of the mat would be significant without the beveled edge.

Maintenance and Care

Because our kitchen fatigue mat often may see liquid spills and soils dropped on it, it is important to clean both sides of the material on a regular basis. The manufacturer recommends carrying the mat outdoors to perform the cleaning process.

When used in a kitchenette or other commercial settings where the rubber does not receive exposure to moisture, customers should sweep or run a dry mop over the top daily or a few times a week.

If the rubber has exposure to dampness, customers may need to use a wet mop over the top of the material. With the mop, use hot water alone or water mixed with a neutral pH detergent, a mild detergent, or a non-butyl degreaser.

Customers can scrub the mat with a deck brush or they can use a high pressure hose at a setting of less than 500 psi to remove stubborn soils.

Avoid using scrubbing machines on the mat. Do not place the mat inside a commercial grade dish washing machine. Do not use a steam cleaner on the mat. Avoid using cleaners that contain bleach, caustic cleansers, or butyl-based degreasers, or you could void the mat’s warranty.

Maintenance

Sweep regularly or dry mop the surface and the back of the mat. The surface can be damp-mopped with a mild soap/detergent.
