Team Infinity 2nd Degree Black Belt Hunter Orlowski, age 17, teaches how to to do a 540 kick step by step at Infinity Martial Arts in Sun Prairie, WI, in the 4th installment of the Greatmats Sport Karate Training Series. All techniques take place on Greatmats' 1.5 inch thick martial arts puzzle mats.
540 kicks are spinning kicks derived from karate and taekwondo have been made popular in martial arts tricking. This one utilizes both a tornado kick and a crescent kick.
The 16-part video training series includes several weapons tricks along with creative kicking combos and other sport karate techniques.
