All techniques take place on Greatmats' 1.5 inch thick martial arts puzzle mats installed at Infinity Martial Arts in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.
The 16-part video training series includes several weapons tricks along with acrobatic kicks and other sport karate techniques.
