I was impressed with the efficiency I was able to do business/purchase my horse mats. I had chosen another name brand after multiple calls and a few days had yet to get an idea of deliver date getting told they will get back to me, I moved on. I talked to Eric Torrison who got me quote right away, then a second quote right away when I wanted an additional mat. Eric also chatted with me about where the mats were and where i am and gave me a range of when he thought they would be delivered.which turned out to be 7(5 business) days later. I paid for additional shipping to house as house is 1200 feet off road. Big driveway(I have had triaxles up my driveway no problem and plenty of room by house to turn around. When delivery service got here did not want drive up driveway as he had a very tall truck and thought it would scratch his truck. So I ended up with curb service. I called Eric and he made the shipping rebate happen quickly

Great product, third time buying this product,. All of the pieces fit nicely together and the material is consistent without high or low spots.
