These work great if you're leaving them in a space. I install and remove them 4-5 times a school year and they begin to splinter and shred over time making them very difficult to install. The cushioning pads underneath begin to smash down over time when stored and make the flooring uneven. When stored on the carts to capacity, the carts become incredibly heavy and impossible to move. I would recommend the plastic flooring or athletic tiles. save your back
