I ordered 2x2 puzzle mats from Great Mats a couple years back in black with white fleck. The order came on-time, as agreed and priced fairly. I was happy with the product. I re-ordered another 1600sqft a couple months ago. I asked for the same product but in rolls. When the product came in, it was all black, unlike the original black with white fleck. The sales rep was willing to resend the white fleck, however would not acknowledge their error because I agreed to the order by email. The email described the material as "Black-A", which I assumed carried the "A" to mean white fleck. I understand that mistakes happen, however this was a big disappointment because the company was not willing to absorb any costs, and required me to pay for shipping on the return AND the new product. I ultimately decided to keep the all black flooring which I am not happy with. The flooring is in my medical rehabilitation area and looks dirty, despite my staff cleaning it regularly (more work and costs).

The mats worked out very well for fencing! We use the mats for off site fencing demonstrations. They work real well!

Great product for a great price. Your sales person was awesome to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable. It made the importing and delivery of the flooring trouble free. I have recommended your product and your company to friends already. It would have been helpful if you had sent some cleaning/care instructions, and also the best way to cut the product. Thank you.
