For residential installations, Staylock Perforated Tiles are the most popular and economical flooring solution for this use type. It has no hard edges to damage the rubber roofing membrane and it will last for 5-10 years under normal use. The tiles are lightweight and easy to install, but are not designed for heavy furniture.

For condos and commercial site, you'll want a solid surface rubber tile that is 2 inches or thicker. They'll be able to withstand heavy outdoor furniture. The cost will be higher, but the tiles will last much longer.
