These pebble textured Home Gym Mats she be installed over hard, flat surfaces and no tools are necessary for island installations. Each puzzle tile is equipped with two removable border strips - one with a corner end and one without.
Start in a corner, leaving both border strips in place. As you work your way out from the corner, remove border strips as needed. If you are working along a wall or outside edge of your island, you may leave the non-corner border strips in place. Push the tiles into place like connecting a non-directional jigsaw puzzle. For center tiles, both border strips should be removed. If you accidentally remove border strips on your edge tiles, no problem. Simply push them back into place to complete your home gym floor.
Add your exercise equipment on top and you’re good to go!
For wall-to-wall installations, be sure to leave at least a ¼ inch gap for expansion. These tiles can also be cut to fit using a sharp utility knife
