Justin Dunn - 2017 Horse Trainer of the Year Nominee

World renowned horse trainer Justin Dunn has focused his career around helping people understand horses and horses understand people. He often competes in Mustang Makeovers and uses his skills to train wild mustangs he then uses in camps across the United States for children with cancer. His skills are on display regularly as the trainer/clinician for RFD-TV's Best of America by Horseback.

Recently, with the help of sponsors, friends and family, Dunn returned to his hometown of Port Aransas, Texas - Near Corpus Christi - to help out after his parents lost everything to Hurricane Harvey.

In addition to helping his family, he also used his expertise in horses to help the animal victims alleviate their stress. In his homecoming, he worked with horses and shared is knowledge of the animals with his community, enabling them to continue the efforts when he's not around.
