These modular floor tiles can create a portable dance flooring that is easy to assemble over hard flat surfaces. Portable dance floor tiles are excellent for wedding dances and designed specifically for multiple assemblies and re-assemblies.

Install the vinyl-topped dance floor tiles over concrete, tile, carpet and even temporary outdoor installations. Keep in mind that the harder the surface on which you'll be installing the tiles, the easier they will be to install using their built in tab and loop connector system.
If installing over cushioned carpet or grass, it is best to slide a sheet of plywood under the tiles you'd like to connect. This will provide a firm surface to aid in popping the connectors together. The plywood can be removed after connecting the tiles or left in place to level out outdoor surfaces temporarily.
These tiles are UV treated and waterproof, but are designed for indoor use and should not be left outdoors for extended periods of time. The raised base prevents sliding on carpeted surfaces and allows airflow in damp areas while keeping the finished surface off of standing water.
